Can processing be expedited / does purchasing EMS expedite processing?
OOVOV does not have an expedited processing option. Purchasing EMS only expedites postal service mailing time.

What language do I enter my information in?
All customer information must be entered in English. Information entered in other languages can cause processing delays or lost packages. OOVOV is not responsible for issues caused by improper entry.
Can I choose to ship the available items first?
No. If the products you buy are from the same seller, all products will be shipped in the same package(except for products that have selected Nocnoc service).

How long does it take for orders to get sent?
Items that are in stock are shipped in 1 to 2 business days. Items that are unavailable will be placed on back order and ships within 7-10 business days
Do you do partial shipments?
No. If the products you buy are from the same seller, all products will be shipped in the same package(except for products that have selected Nocnoc service).
What tracking and shipping methods does OOVOV offer?
OOVOV offers world wide shipping on certain items.
SuperSaver shipping:
Orders under $20 are shipped with normal airmail without a tracking number.
Orders of $20 or more are shipped with Registered Air Mail with a tracking number.
Standard shipping:
Orders of any amount are shipped with Registered Air Mail with a tracking number.
Exclusive shipping:
Orders of any amount are shipped with exclusive route with a tracking number. And choosing exclusive shipping can reduce the risk of tax payment.
Express shipping:
Express shipping can be purchased for most countries during checkout. Purchasing express shipping only affects postal service mailing time; it does not affect OOVOV processing time.
Different countries will be shipped automatically with different available express, such as China Post EMS, Singapore Post EMS, TNT, DHL, TOLL etc.
